Ms. Heisey is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in business valuation, and a Certified Public Accountant (Colorado). She has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with dual emphasis in finance and quantitative statistical analysis from The Pennsylvania State University. She is an accredited senior appraiser (ASA) by the American Society of Appraisers, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Colorado Society of CPAs (COCPA). She provides expert testimony in state and district courts. Her current areas of professional emphasis incude the appraisal of business and business interests, intangible assets, and lost profits damages. Formerly with the New York office of Bear Stearns & Co., Ms. Heisey has been active in business valuation matters since 1985.
